Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Brand Strategy & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the US Brand lead and cross-functional team, translating insights into actionable brand goals
- Lead brand operating rhythm, including team meetings, forecasts, and performance updates
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and manage execution of marketing initiatives and contracts & pricing activities
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of commercial experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of commercial experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech brand management, marketing, and/or contracts & pricing
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience supporting business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
