Senior Manager, Business Analysis
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Business Analysis for a full-time remote contract position, this role will lead the business analysis function for the Portfolio Management team, establishing standards and methodologies while partnering with business and technology leaders to drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the business analysis function, establishing standards and best practices for requirements management and solution design
- Facilitate cross-functional discovery workshops and process mapping sessions to identify business needs and drive decision-making
- Analyze operational data to support decision-making and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting, preferably in healthcare
- Proven expertise in business process analysis and workflow redesign using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Experience with enterprise applications, systems integrations, and data flows
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred
