Senior Manager Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business & Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic opportunities for growth and profitability through mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Support inorganic growth through assessing and executing impactful acquisitions, driving new business initiatives, and collaborating with product and marketing teams
• Conduct financial analysis, create models, and prepare investment presentations for senior management

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or related fields, preferably in consumer internet or healthcare
• Knowledge of consumer internet and healthcare verticals with proficiency in Excel and building valuation models
• Experience with financial market data tools and drafting board presentations
• Strategic finance experience preferred
