Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Alliance Management and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective partnership governance and compliance with contractual obligations
• Execute financial analyses to support portfolio prioritization and business development opportunities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of transactions and present analyses to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, particularly in financial analysis
• Experience interpreting and applying contractual terms in business relationships
• Proven project management and leadership skills
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology is preferred
