Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, or strategic partnerships within fintech or technology sectors
• Experience in driving complex strategic partnerships from discovery to launch
• Strong experience in supporting complex negotiations and deal structuring
• Deep understanding of the fintech landscape and emerging market trends
• Ability to build and nurture relationships at all organizational levels
