Job Summary
Leading a team of Business Development Representatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Development will drive pipeline generation and team performance in a fully remote environment while leveraging AI tools and best practices to enhance sales development efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of 6-15 BDRs, fostering a coaching-first culture and ensuring rapid onboarding and productivity
- Oversee pipeline contribution targets and improve key funnel metrics through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to align on campaigns, messaging, and effective handoffs between BDRs and Account Executives
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years of BDR/SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency with modern sales technology, including Salesforce and outreach tools
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding pipeline generation targets
- Strong coaching skills with a focus on developing early-career professionals
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze reports and trends for decision-making
