Senior Manager, Business Development

Job Summary

To drive strategic growth initiatives, the remote Senior Manager, Business Development will lead partnership efforts, manage external opportunities, and develop business cases aligned with the Clinical Diagnostics Group's goals.

Key responsibilities

• Leads partnership initiatives with large global organizations to identify strategic opportunities
• Conducts market research in diagnostics and facilitates due diligence activities with internal and external partners
• Develops term sheets and negotiates contracts while supporting project management for thorough valuation processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in product marketing, finance, or a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business development within the life sciences or clinical diagnostics industry
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to excel under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience presenting and communicating effectively to senior management
