Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound lead generation and develop strategic relationships to promote employee ownership
• Act as a trusted advisor to business owners, conducting consultations and closing sales of advisory services
• Collaborate with peers to improve sales processes and engage in ongoing training for consultation skills

Required Qualifications

• Proven business services sales experience with small and lower middle market businesses
• At least 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
• Demonstrable background in corporate finance or business financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields; MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with employee ownership, business transitions, and small business exit planning is a plus
