Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI required)
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management
• Strong background in managing teams and delivering data-driven solutions
