Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in product experience, digital product design, or enterprise software
• Proven experience in translating business needs into actionable requirements and UI concepts
• Hands-on experience collaborating with UX leadership and design teams
• Familiarity with business intelligence or analytics platforms preferred
