Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Electrical Engineering or Operations Research
• 5+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm
• Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and C-suite audiences
