Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, MME Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Deal Desk function for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, ensuring scalable support for complex deals
• Manage a team supporting pre- and post-sale deal execution for large restaurant groups and franchises
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align on goals and streamline operations, while driving operational strategy for Enterprise growth

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in business operations or revenue operations, with at least 3 years in people management
• Strong experience with Enterprise or complex B2B sales cycles, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments
• Proven track record of building scalable processes and driving operational efficiency
• Highly proficient in Salesforce and Excel; familiarity with CPQ and BI platforms is a plus
• Experience in hiring, leading, and developing high-performing teams
