Senior Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind the quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to enhance user experience and drive critical outcomes
• Scale the insurance business from 5M to 50M customers and contribute to achieving a $10B business goal

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Operations Research)
• 5+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams
• Experience in developing structured frameworks for problem-solving
• Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences, including technical stakeholders and C-suite executives
