Key Responsibilities

• Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind the quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to enhance user experience and drive key outcomes for the insurance marketplace
• Lead efforts to scale the core insurance business, aiming for significant customer growth and profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Operations Research
• 5+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm
• Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams
• Experience in developing structured frameworks for problem-solving
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including technical stakeholders and C-suite executives
