Senior Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary

Driving the incubation of new business lines, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Operations will manage product development from ideation to launch while conducting market research and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and launch of new products, overseeing all phases from concept to execution
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform product strategy and feature development
• Collaborate with product teams to write specifications, roadmap features, and prototype solutions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of post-MBA experience or equivalent at a top-tier firm
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Proven ability to conduct complex data analysis independently
• Experience transforming ambiguous problems into actionable results
• Comfortable interacting with executives and managing multiple projects simultaneously
