Senior Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Manager, Business Operations, the successful candidate will manage high-priority strategic and operational projects, driving execution and delivering outcomes while collaborating with company leadership to power the growth of the flagship Visa Card.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead a rotating portfolio of strategic and operational projects across growth, operations, and new verticals
• Drive projects end-to-end, from strategy development to execution, ensuring alignment and results
• Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic decision-making regarding growth initiatives and product offerings

Required qualifications

• 4-7+ years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, or a growth-stage startup
• Proven track record of owning and delivering on topline business goals from start to finish
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL or Python skills are a plus
• Ability to operate independently and manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred
