Job Summary

Owning the incubation of new business lines, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Operations will conduct market research, build and launch revenue-generating products, and lead a team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer research and market analysis to inform product development
• Incubate and launch new business lines, overseeing all phases from concept to execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and ship new features rapidly

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of post-MBA experience or equivalent at a top-tier firm
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Proven ability to perform complex data analysis independently
• Experience in transforming ambiguous problems into concrete solutions
• Comfortable interacting with executives and managing multiple projects simultaneously
