Senior Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a structured thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Operations will own the incubation of new business lines, conducting market research, building and launching products, and managing a team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer research and develop product specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Incubate and launch new business lines from scratch, overseeing all phases of product development
• Perform complex data analysis to derive insights and drive decision-making for product features and strategies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of post-MBA experience or equivalent at a top-tier firm
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Proven ability to transform ambiguous problems into concrete results
• Experience conducting independent data analysis without reliance on data scientists
• Comfortable interacting with executives and managing multiple complex projects
