Job Summary

Owning the incubation of new business lines, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Operations will focus on turning ideas into revenue-generating products while conducting market research, building prototypes, and collaborating with teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer research and write product specifications to inform product development
• Incubate and launch new business lines, overseeing all phases from concept to execution
• Build and manage a team for the new business line upon successful launch

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of post-MBA experience or equivalent at a top-tier firm
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup environment
• Proven ability to analyze complex data independently
• Experience in transforming ambiguous problems into concrete results
• Comfortable interacting with executives regularly
