Senior Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Operations will manage the development of a new business line from concept to revenue-generating product, focusing on market research, product building, go-to-market strategies, and team scaling in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by joining a product team to learn product development processes, customer research, and iterative decision-making
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to launch, including product incubation, testing, and iteration
• Analyze market dynamics and customer behaviors to inform product decisions and drive outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, high-growth startup, or equivalent
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous problems and delivering results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex work streams effectively
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders on a regular basis
