Senior Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Operations will manage the development of new products from concept to launch, focusing on market research, product building, and go-to-market strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer research and collaborate with product teams to understand and develop existing products
• Lead the incubation and development of a new revenue-generating business line, including product testing and iteration
• Interface with executive stakeholders and manage multiple complex work streams effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or similar environments
• Proven ability to independently tackle ambiguous problems and deliver measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously without oversight
• Ability to engage and communicate with executive stakeholders regularly
