Senior Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary

To support the launch of new business lines, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Operations will manage the development and scaling of products in adjacent verticals while conducting market research, building go-to-market strategies, and leading product iterations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by conducting customer research and collaborating with product teams
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to a revenue-generating product
• Test and iterate on product development while hiring and leading a team to scale operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or similar fields
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous problems and achieving outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex work streams simultaneously
• Ability to interface effectively with executive stakeholders
