Senior Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new product verticals, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Operations will manage the development of a new business line, including market research, product building, and go-to-market strategies, in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by joining a product team to learn product development processes and customer research methodologies
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to revenue-generating product, overseeing incubation, testing, and iteration
• Interface with executive stakeholders to present findings and drive product decisions based on data analysis

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, high-growth startup, or equivalent
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex work streams simultaneously
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders effectively
