Senior Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary

To support the launch of new product lines, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Operations will manage the development and scaling of a new business vertical, conducting market research, building products, and leading go-to-market strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by learning product development processes and conducting customer research
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to revenue-generating product, including incubation and team hiring
• Analyze market dynamics and customer behaviors to inform product decisions and strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or equivalent roles
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous problems and delivering results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple complex work streams effectively
• Experience interfacing with executive stakeholders regularly
