Senior Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of professionals, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Operations Oversight will provide advanced oversight of regulatory reporting, audits, and risk management activities in a remote capacity, preferably for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage oversight of regulatory reporting and responses to state and federal inquiries in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Analyze regulatory changes and advise senior leadership on impacts to business processes
• Direct operational compliance audits and oversee the development and execution of corrective action plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations, compliance, or regulatory oversight, preferably in Medicare/Medicaid/Marketplace
• 2+ years of leadership experience, including leading teams or influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
