Senior Manager Business Operations

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager Business Operations & Strategy will design and implement cross-functional strategies, manage project lifecycles, and influence senior leadership while working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement practical, cross-functional strategies that identify root causes of business challenges and deliver quantifiable outcomes across the enterprise
• Own the complete project lifecycle from initial planning and scoping through implementation and evaluation, ensuring objectives are met on time and within scope
• Engage and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders with concise insights, evidence-based recommendations, and collaborative decision facilitation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 8-12 years of progressive experience in management consulting, business operations, or enterprise strategy
• Proven capability to operate in highly matrixed, interdependent, and enterprise-scale organizations
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to navigate ambiguous and complex business situations
• Strong executive presence, including the ability to communicate with clarity and influence decision-making at senior levels
