Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Manager, Business Operations will partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, ensuring effective execution of high-impact initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to operationalize business strategy and drive execution of high-priority organizational initiatives
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks and reporting structures to support program success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8-12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, or program management
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong expertise in program management and operational governance
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights
