Senior Manager, Business Performance
Job Summary
Leading the analysis and management of institutional performance information, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Performance & Analysis will support evidence-based decision-making across ALU by translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations while working remotely in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ALU's institutional performance framework, including KPIs and performance measures
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to leadership
- Produce high-quality management reports and dashboards that focus on material performance issues and support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in business performance, analytics, or related fields
- Demonstrable experience in developing and managing institutional performance frameworks and reporting
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers
- Experience producing executive-level performance reports and dashboards
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools, including advanced Excel and Power BI
