Senior Manager Business Process Consulting

Job Summary

Leading a team of consultants, the fully remote Senior Manager Business Process Consulting Services will analyze and improve business processes across Profit Centers, leveraging data analysis and collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices within the Epicor Eclipse ERP framework.

Key responsibilities

• Foster partnerships with Profit Centers to analyze operations and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement process redesign strategies and initiatives
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends, make recommendations, and facilitate change management efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Knowledge of process modeling and mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies)
• Experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP system for operational functions
