Job Summary

Leading high-impact strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Manager Business Strategy will partner with senior leaders to shape the company's strategic direction, drive cross-functional action, and influence multi-year planning through data-driven insights and compelling presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution and recommendation
• Partner with senior leaders to shape and advance strategic priorities across the enterprise
• Conduct complex analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields
• Proven experience in leading strategic and data-driven recommendations in complex business environments
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial metrics and key business drivers
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
