Senior Manager, Business Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Systems - GTM & AI Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) supporting GTM processes
• Build and refine processes for intake, prioritization, delivery, and QA to enable rapid releases
• Act as the GTM systems owner for Salesforce, CPQ, and adjacent tools, ensuring cohesive architecture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or similar roles, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, including complex workflows
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end GTM systems initiatives across Sales, Growth, and Finance
• Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and critical execution speed
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and automation opportunities
