Senior Manager Business Systems

Job Summary

Leading the administration of clinical and operational data platforms, the full-time Senior Manager Business Systems will establish operational models, manage a team, and ensure compliance and quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize the system administration operating model for clinical and operational systems
• Lead and develop the business system administrator team, setting priorities and ensuring consistent execution
• Manage the intake process, including triage, prioritization, and performance reporting to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health/life sciences or technology-related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in drug development and administration of clinical and operational systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC and GxP/ICH/FDA expectations
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Data stewardship and compliance mindset related to data quality and governance principles
