Job Summary
Leading the vision and delivery of enterprise business applications, the full-time Senior Manager, Global Business Systems will manage the organization's business systems portfolio, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM, while driving digital transformation initiatives in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global business systems strategy and roadmap for core applications
- Lead a team of business systems analysts, architects, and technical leads
- Oversee the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of enterprise applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise business applications
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or business technology functions
- Experience leading global or multi-regional business systems environments
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS enterprise platforms
