Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Transformation, Legal Professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional initiatives and growth strategies for the Legal Professionals Transformation Office
- Lead the development of project plans and drive end-to-end delivery of project outcomes
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with functional partners across the organization
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA preferred, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive commercial and/or operational experience
- Experience leading projects utilizing agile methodologies
- Ability to understand intended outcomes and craft project plans
- Change management skills, including communications planning
