Job Summary
Leading business transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Transformation will oversee operational excellence and organizational readiness in a remote capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive digital capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Digital Operations & Governance to execute strategic operational priorities and improve the Digital COE operating model
- Lead the Blueprint Process Workstream, focusing on business readiness, organizational change, and process harmonization across enterprise transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute change management strategies to accelerate the adoption of future-state operating models and digital capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in digital operations, business transformation, or program management
- Proven success in leading large-scale transformation and building governance frameworks in complex organizations
- Experience in operational planning, executive reporting, and performance measurement
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with financial acumen for budgeting and forecasting
