Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Segment Campaign Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and own the full funnel campaign strategy for priority segments, ensuring integration across channels
  • Lead the creation and refinement of integrated campaign briefs and manage multi-channel segment campaigns
  • Build cross-functional partnerships and oversee a small team to prioritize and execute segment-focused marketing initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 6-9+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or account-based marketing, preferably in SaaS
  • 2-4+ years of experience in people management, with a focus on developing marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales motions and experience collaborating with Sales teams
  • Proven track record of executing integrated campaigns tied to opportunity and pipeline goals
  • Familiarity with marketing and revenue technology, including Salesforce and marketing automation tools
