Senior Manager, Category Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Category Management, Network Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of category management professionals focused on project pipeline development and strategic supplier relationships
• Develop category strategies and process improvements to reduce total cost of ownership and drive savings objectives
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to identify new opportunities and manage high-visibility negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or relevant experience
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience, with 5 years in a managerial role preferred
• Intermediate to advanced experience in sourcing and/or contracting
• Strong knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, and Oracle
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with shifting priorities
