To enhance client-centered communication training, the full-time Senior Manager, CCC Coaching will design and implement a Motivational Interviewing-based curriculum, facilitate live training sessions, and provide personalized coaching to financial professionals in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of the MI-based CCC curriculum across various skill levels
- Facilitate engaging live MI skills training for financial professionals and leaders
- Develop scalable CCC coaching using AI-driven transcript coding to evaluate coaching quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience facilitating live, MI-based skills training for professional audiences
- Experience delivering 1:1 MI coaching or mentoring in a professional development setting
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling MI training content for distributed audiences
