Senior Manager, CFO Advisory

Job Summary

Leading complex advisory engagements for private equity-backed portfolio companies, the full-time Senior Manager, CFO Advisory will operate remotely, stepping in as an interim finance leader during critical post-acquisition transitions while focusing on strategic finance, accounting stabilization, and systems transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the interim finance leader for PE-backed portfolio companies, assessing and stabilizing existing finance functions
• Design and implement financial models and reporting packages to support operational decision-making and investor reviews
• Lead data hygiene initiatives and systems transformation projects to enhance accounting operations and reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial advisory, particularly with private equity-backed companies
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger mechanics, and the accounting close process
• Experience in finance systems implementations and reporting automation
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel for data manipulation
• Demonstrated leadership in managing client engagements and communicating with C-suite executives
