Job Summary

Serving as a strategic financial leader, the fully remote Senior Manager, CFO Consultant will manage client engagements in the healthcare sector, providing guidance on financial planning, compliance, and operational performance while leading high-impact initiatives for community health organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic financial advisor for assigned client engagements
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management initiatives
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives, leadership teams, and boards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or in a relevant role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior supervisory or project management experience
