Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in change management or organizational effectiveness
• Functional expertise in Change Management practices and tools
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence without authority
• Experience designing and facilitating leader learning experiences related to change
