Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Change Management Strategy & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define migration approach and sequence for U.S. Consumer Marketing to ensure seamless transitions
• Develop adoption strategies to streamline change and reduce resistance for Marketers
• Own migration updates between various teams to enable successful rollout and leverage operational reporting

Qualifications:

• Experience crafting strategic roadmaps in unstructured environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in large-scale initiatives
• Experience developing measurement frameworks for process adoption and platform improvements
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an evolving environment
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
