Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of business performance experience, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years
• Experience in top-tier consulting, transformation, or operational roles with ownership of delivery
• Proven ability to execute strategies in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Experience in leading change management and adoption at scale
• Familiarity with digital platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled tools in a business context
