Job Summary

Driving channel operations and expansion, the full-time Senior Manager, Channel Operations will lead the exploration of new brand-led marketing channels and manage operations for Amex Business social platforms, ensuring compliance and alignment with best practices.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the evaluation and pilot execution of new brand-led marketing channels to enhance B2B awareness
  • Develop a structured test-and-learn agenda using data insights to inform channel expansion decisions
  • Oversee end-to-end channel operations for social platforms, ensuring consistent execution and performance
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or content strategy, preferably in B2B environments
  • Strong background in social media with experience in organic and/or paid campaigns
  • Experience in building and managing marketing processes, including governance and compliance
  • Familiarity with emerging marketing channels such as Reddit and podcasts
  • Proven ability to launch new initiatives in fast-paced environments
