Job Summary
As the strategic owner of Channel Operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Channel Operations will partner with senior leadership to design scalable processes, define success metrics, and build operational rigor to grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Channel & Alliances leadership to design and evolve the Channel operating model, focusing on scaling success with strategic partners
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure channel effectiveness and growth, creating executive-ready dashboards and actionable insights
- Own and evolve core Channel Ops processes, ensuring they are scalable, documented, and built for growth
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or GTM Operations in a SaaS environment, preferably in cybersecurity
- Proven ability to build and scale processes in fast-growing organizations
- Experience supporting complex partner ecosystems, including GSIs, Resellers/VARs, Technology Alliances, and CSPs
- Strong Salesforce expertise for designing reporting, dashboards, and workflows
- Experience managing or mentoring others and collaborating with Channel leadership
