Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Manager, Channel Operations, the ideal candidate will manage the architecture and implementation of Salesforce and Impartner systems to support channel strategies and operational processes, working remotely or from designated offices in Austin, Charlotte, or Reston.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end architecture and configuration of Salesforce and Impartner for all channel operations
  • Design and implement scalable data models and workflows for channel operations, ensuring data governance standards
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to integrate channel processes with overall revenue operations
Required qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including custom object design, workflow automation, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience architecting and implementing a PRM platform, preferably Impartner
  • Proven track record of designing channel GTM systems from scratch
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to drive complex initiatives to completion
