Job Summary
To enhance member engagement and retention, the full-time Senior Manager, Chapter Program will manage the global network of local Chapters, overseeing standards, recruitment, and communication while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Chapter Program by setting standards, managing active Chapters, and overseeing the Chapter Head compensation framework
- Lead and develop the Ambassador Programs Associate to ensure streamlined Chapter operations and effective communication between HQ and the field
- Measure Chapter performance through defined metrics and maintain the Chapter dashboard, reporting insights to leadership regularly
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in community program management, membership operations, or related fields
- Direct experience running a community or membership program at scale with measurable retention or engagement outcomes
- Field program experience with a distributed network of community leaders or brand ambassadors
- Strong operational instincts, utilizing technology tools for data-driven decision-making
