Senior Manager, Claims Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Claims Vendor Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and operational vendors, including selection, onboarding, and performance management
• Set and enforce KPIs and SLAs for external partners, ensuring alignment with company standards
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate vendors into proprietary AI tools and conduct regular quality audits

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, vendor management, or claims operations, preferably in a tech-forward environment
• 3+ years in a leadership role with experience managing complex partner relationships
• Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL or BI tools
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from inception to measurable results
• College degree required; insurtech or startup experience is a strong plus
