Senior Manager, Client Onboarding

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Project Management, Client Onboarding (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Managers and their onboarding teams across multiple portfolios
• Own consolidated delivery outcomes including timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance
• Standardize onboarding processes and serve as the primary escalation point for complex implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of project/program management experience, including 5+ years in healthcare/RCM onboarding
• 7+ years of people leadership experience managing Managers or equivalent team leads
• Demonstrated experience managing portfolios or multiple concurrent implementations
