Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Operations & Support who will oversee daily client operations and support in a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement AI and automation strategies to enhance support efficiency
  • Act as the primary operational partner for high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring relationship health and operational delivery
  • Lead technical incident management and coordinate communications during high-pressure situations
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Client Operations or Success within fintech, payments, or regulated SaaS environments
  • Proven experience in leading technical incident responses and writing complex RCAs for enterprise clients
  • Experience providing operational support to high-revenue accounts and interacting with C-Suite leadership
  • Understanding of compliance requirements in payments, including AML and KYC
  • Demonstrated success in leading infrastructure implementations and managing vendor performance
